We are pleased to offer a special opportunity to join, the Venetian kitchen – the culinary project of Fabio and Agnes  – for a hands-on cooking class inspired by the traditions of the Venetian lagoon. Born and raised in the Venetian countryside and lagoon, Fabio and Agnes grew up cooking with their mothers and grandmothers, learning cherished family recipes and collecting stories steeped in tradition. Now based in London, they are committed to sharing the rich flavours and untold stories of Venetian cuisine. 

In this intimate class, guests will prepare between three or four varieties of cicchetti, the small, savoury plates typical of Venetian bacari. The session also includes a lesson in mixing the classic Venetian spritz. The morning will conclude with a convivial shared table, where participants can enjoy their creations with a selection of drinks.

The experience is suitable for all levels of cooking ability and is open to anyone with an interest in Venetian culture and cuisine. All proceeds from the event will support the work of Venice in Peril Fund.
